Multi-Language

infraEnterprise supports the Unicode character set. This allows databases to not only include information in single or double byte language groups such as German, Japanese and Korean, but also to have different languages present on the screen through Microsoft client language capabilities.

This is ideal for global enterprises that may have calls logged in one country and resolved in another with a different language. It also means that only one database is required, no matter how large or geographically dispersed the organization.

Partitioning

Comprehensive partitioning capabilities across key database tables in infraEnterprise ensure that any department or country specific data required for a particular user group can be easily accommodated.

Time Zoning

Time zoning in infraEnterprise supports calls logged in one country (or time zone), picked up by a support officer in another country and forwarded to a technician in a third country. It enables support consultants to view times in their local time, and ensures that escalations and service level agreements are imposed according to the customers' local time zone.
