Infra launches infraEnterprise Version 7.0.3 with Advanced Workflow capabilities

March 2004 sees the launch of version 7.0.3 of Infra Corporation's web-based service management application, infraEnterprise. The release builds on Infra's outstanding success in the international service management market, with clients including ING, Adobe, Southampton City Council, and the Department of Regional Development (NI).

infraEnterprise v7.0.3 delivers Advanced Workflow capabilities that enable organisations to implement their ITIL processes faster. Advanced Workflow allows a non-programmer to implement a central set of change process workflows, that can accommodate local and procedural differences by dynamically adding and bypassing tasks and approvals as required by the specific circumstance.
