Beverly Enterprises implements Ionix Service Manager for Service Management

Los Angeles, May 20, 2003. Beverly Enterprises, the Fort Smith, Arkansas based patient care organization that provides services for the elderly in over 32 states, has implemented Ionix Service Manager support software for its IT Services Support, Ionix Service Manager announced today.

Beverly's VP of Technology Services, David Valcik, commented that he was impressed with the high level of support provided by Ionix Service Manager. Valcik confirmed the implementation was achieved on schedule and in budget, and said it was refreshing it was to find a company that truly exhibits a partnership approach to providing solutions.

Beverly plans to leverage their investment in Ionix Service Manager by systematically rolling out the support software in phases to a number of departments. Beverly's IT department partnered with Ionix Service Manager Consulting for the installation, configuration, training and go-live rollout of the IT services support.

This first phase will be followed by the implementation of Beverly's patient care hotline and other help desks.
